The "L" shaped custom vanity has granite top and an advanced modern bidet toilet in its own private water closet for maximum privacy.

The 2nd bedroom has a Bright & Airy Atmosphere with a plush King-sized bed and coastal bedding. The functional decor includes bedside lamps and night stands with easy-access charging ports. A modern ceiling fan installed to circulate fresh air.

The guest bathroom/ 2nd Bathroom is conviently located next to the 2nd King bedroom and directly off the Living room. This newly remodeled bathroom has a large anti-fog mirror and a modern bidet toilet.

The 3rd floor has 2 separate bedrooms. Each with a twin trundle bed as well as a smart tv and dresser. The 3rd floor also has a walk-out balcony that overlooks the pool and tiki hut.

Charming in-law suite designed with a coastal chic aesthetic featuring a queen bedroom with television and coastal bedding. The living area is bright and airy with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink and a small dining table. Easy access to the tiki hut with a separate door. The In-law quarters also have a private bathroom with shower.
